NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AT THIS TIME. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PAYMENTS

 

All items must be paid in full before we can ship out or craft your order. Cancelation of a transaction is only acceptable if requested for on the same day and within an hour of your order.

 

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted especially because all Ready To Ship items are scheduled to ship within 48 hours of purchase, and custom orders are all made to order.

 

SHIPPING

Insurance is offered in a separate listing. We are not responsible for what happens to your package once it gets dropped off at the post office. If your package either gets lost or stolen and you have purchased insurance, please contact us so we can file a claim. 


Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages that get shipped to incorrect addresses. If you notice your address is wrong after you purchase, please email us within 10 minutes of your order, as we start the shipping process right away.

We are not responsible for any damages done during shipping. Our ears are extremely sturdy, and are packaged securely. We take time to ensure your ears are packaged properly to ensure no damages in transit.

 

All custom orders can take 2-4 weeks or longer to create and ship. Ready to Ship items are typically shipped within 2 days of purchase, unless stated otherwise. We have no control over any delays during shipping. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you purchase both a custom order and a RTS item, the entire order will be shipped together once the custom order is completed. Please email us if there is an issue with this. 

 

 

HEADBAND INFORMATION

 

All headbands used are a one size fits most. They should fit children 3 and up and most adults. Products have not been certified safe for children.

 

Parent supervision is required. Items may contain small parts.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 

Please avoid getting the ears wet. Water may leave marks on them. 

The other material used is cotton, lace, mesh, sequins, vinyl and foam. These too should not get wet.

Try not to leave ears in heat or extensive sunlight (sunlight may fade the color). Remember when traveling with them, do not leave them in your hot car. Although they are sturdy, they are all handmade and they are not indestructible.


The ears that are made primarily of sparkly foam need to be cared for properly. The sparkles will wear with time if not properly cared for. Any excess amount of rubbing (pulling them in and out of back packs) may cause the sparkles or other embellishments to come off.

 

Although we do our best to secure all embellishment, if an item or embellishment falls off please contact us immediately. I will gladly discuss a solution with you and correct the problem.

 

Please handle all ears gently and with care. 

 

OPENING DATES AND ITEMS



We plan to open every Thursday at 9pm EST, unless otherwise stated. We will have a certain number of Ready To Ship items in stock. Flash sales may happen on our Instagram Page. Links are at the bottom right hand corner of our page.

If you are interested in a pair of ears you must purchase them when the shop is open. 

 

If your custom order is needed by a specific date, you must message that with the order. We will do our best to get them to you in time, however, if the date is within 2 weeks of purchase you must contact us BEFORE buying them to ensure we can fulfill your request.

 

We will usually make 4-6 different designs each opening. The schedule will usually be posted on our Instagram account (MagicMouseEars) and our Facebook page (JensMagicMouseEars), and may be subject to change.
