Q: How do I order a pair of ears?
A: All orders must be placed through the website. Ready to Ship items are available every Thursday at 9PM EST. (Unless otherwise stated)
Q: Is there a wait list?
A: There is currently a wait list but we won't be taking anymore names until the current list is complete. A notification will be posted on Instagram when a new wait list is created.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes, but only when a notification is posted. Custom listings sales will be announced through Instagram. These sales will be held through my website and details will be listed with the information on when and how to order.
Q:When will a certain item be restocked?
A:Line ups are announced over the weekend for the following weeks sale on Instagram. There is not a set restocking schedule for any items.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Currently we do not. Exceptions can be made, but you will need to contact me first.
