Custom Order Listing

This listing reserves your spot for a custom design. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied toward your final payment.

‘Existing’ options are based on designs I already offer, while ‘New’ options are for custom or original designs. All custom or original designs may be added to my shop in the future.

Turnaround Times

• Vary depending on the complexity of the order.

• Existing designs may include slight fabric or color substitutions depending on availability.

• New, fully custom designs may require additional time.

• Typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks, but this may vary based on order volume.

• If you need your design by a specific date, I will do my best to accommodate it, however there are no guarantees.

Custom Design Process

1. Share your description and vision.

2. We will review the details together, and I will provide a digital mockup.

3. Revisions may be made until you approve the final design.

4. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

5. An invoice will be issued for the remaining balance and shipping (pricing varies by design).

6. Final payment is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.

Communication

• All communication will take place through email 

• To avoid delays, please reply promptly. If no response is received within 72 hours after a mockup is sent, I may proceed with the design as-is.

Shipping

• $6.50 for packages under 1 lb.

• Larger, heavier, or multiple items start at $12+.

Important Information

• Cancellations, refunds, or exchanges cannot be accepted on custom orders.

• Each item is handmade; slight variations are part of the process.

• Headband color may vary based on available materials.

• Some designs are lightly stuffed, which may make them slightly top-heavy. While secure for everyday wear, they are not recommended for fast or jerky rides.

• One size fits most.

• Not affiliated with Disney or its partners.

Care Instructions

• Store in a cool, dry place.

• Avoid water and sun exposure to preserve fabrics and embellishments.

• Handle gently to maintain shape and details.
