$20 Deposit for Existing or NEW Custom Designs

This listing reserves your spot for an existing or custom design. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied toward your final payment. Please select your preferred turnaround time. You will need to include the following details in the box provided...

• Date of product posted on Instagram (for previous designs)

Turnaround Times

• Choose your turnaround times listed.

• Turnaround times are estimates. I will do my best to meet the timeframe you have selected. 

* If you need your design by a specific date, you may add that to your order. I will do my best to accommodate it, however there are no guarantees.

Existing Design Process

1. I will email you with a picture of the design(s) you have chosen with the price(s).

2. Once approved, no further changes can be made. 

3.  Existing designs may include slight fabric or color substitutions depending on availability.

4. An invoice will be issued for the remaining balance (pricing varies by design and usually ranges from $60-$75).

5. Final payment is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.

NEW custom Design Process

1. Prices start at $75 for new custom designs.
   

2. After your request is submitted, I will email you to confirm the characters/theme you have in mind and ask any questions needed to create your design.
3. A mock-up design will be created and emailed to you. We’ll discuss colors, fabrics, front/back details, and any changes you’d like before I begin making your ears.
4. Once the mock-up is approved, no further changes can be made.
5. An invoice will be sent for the remaining balance.
6. Final payment is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice and must be paid before I can begin making your ears.

Communication

• All communication will take place through the email associated with your order.

• To avoid delays, please reply promptly. If no response is received within 72 hours after a mockup is sent, I may proceed with the design as-is.

Shipping

• $6.50 shipping cost is included in the deposit for each design purchased, however, if you purchase multiple designs that will ship together, any extra cost you paid will be deducted from your final payment.

• Larger, heavier, or multiple items start at $12+.

Important Information

• Cancellations, refunds, or exchanges cannot be accepted on custom orders.

• Some designs like “one of a kind” or “auction” designs may not be eligible for order. I am willing to work with you on something similar, if we can come up with a design together.

• Each item is handmade; slight variations are part of the process.

• Headband and fabric color may vary based on available materials.

• Some designs are lightly stuffed, which may make them slightly top-heavy. While secure for everyday wear, they are not recommended for fast or jerky rides.

• One size fits most.

• Not affiliated with Disney or its partners.

Care Instructions

• Store in a cool, dry place.

• Avoid water and sun exposure to preserve fabrics and embellishments.

• Handle gently to maintain shape and details.
